According to preliminary statistics, the increase of social financing scale in February 2021 was 1.71 trillion yuan, 839.2 billion yuan more than that in the same period of last year. Among them, RMB loans to the real economy increased by 1.34 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 621.1 billion yuan; foreign currency loans to the real economy increased by 46.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.2 billion yuan; entrusted loans decreased by 10 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 25.6 billion yuan; trust loans decreased by 93.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.6 billion yuan; undiscounted bank acceptance bills increased by 64 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 25.6 billion yuan The net financing of corporate bonds was 130.6 billion yuan, 258.8 billion yuan less than the same period last year; the net financing of government bonds was 101.7 billion yuan, 80.7 billion yuan less than the same period last year; the domestic stock financing of non-financial enterprises was 69.3 billion yuan, 24.4 billion yuan more than the same period last year.

Note 1: the increment of social financing scale refers to the amount of funds obtained by the real economy from the financial system in a certain period of time. The data come from the people’s Bank of China, the Insurance Regulatory Commission of the Bank of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the central government securities depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., the association of interbank market dealers and other departments.

Note 2: from December 2019, the people’s Bank of China will further improve the statistics of social financing scale, including “national debt” and “local government general bonds” into the statistics of social financing scale, and merge them with the original “local government special bonds” into the index of “government bonds”, with the index value being the trusteeship face value of the trusteeship institution; from September 2019, the people’s Bank of China will improve the index of “social financing scale”“ From September 2018, the people’s Bank of China has included “special bonds of local government” in the statistics of social financing scale; from August 2018, the people’s Bank of China has improved the statistical method of social financing scale, and included “asset-backed securities of deposit financial institutions” and “loan write off” in social financing scale The scale statistics are listed separately under “other financing”.
