Covid-19 has provided a turning point for white-collar expectations, and office work will not return to its pre pandemic state. Instead, employees will spend more time digitizing.

Six out of 10 respondents expect online meetings to continue to grow and need better tools to support remote interaction.

Half of the respondents wanted a digital workstation so that they could have a full sense of work status anywhere.

77% of respondents said using the Internet for business purposes would make their companies more sustainable.

Sensory Internet is most likely to be used for marketing and sales. By 2030, 59% of people will use video conferencing, and 50% say digital temperature will be used for more immersive interaction with customers.

73% of senior managers believe that by 2030, the food in the company canteen can be digitized to improve the taste.

66% believe technology will enable them to sense when their colleagues are unhappy by 2030, but it also means that their employers will know when they are unhappy.
