Bruce Leichtman, President and chief analyst of Leichtman research group, said: “the growth of broadband users will return to the pre pandemic level before the third quarter of 2021. Compared with the third quarter of last year, the number of new users of top broadband providers has decreased significantly, but the net increase is similar to that in the third quarter of 2019 and the third quarter of 2018.”
