The European Network Security Agency (enisa) released the “telecom service security incident report in 2019”. Since the reform package of telecommunications in 2009, security incident reporting has been part of the EU Telecom regulatory framework.

The 2019 annual summary report contains reports on 153 incidents submitted by authorities from 26 EU Member States and 2 EFTA countries.
