The Beijing Consumer Association recently released a survey report on the service and 5g cognition. The survey results show that 70.39% of the respondents who have handled the service said that they will encounter some difficulties and obstacles in the process. It is understood that the Beijing Consumer Association has entrusted Beijing Zhongzhi Ping’an Business Service Co., Ltd. to carry out a survey on the service and 5g cognition in Beijing. During the period from May 31 to June 28, a total of 4344 valid questionnaires were collected through off-line street stop and online questionnaire survey, 1754 offline and 2590 online; and 3519 public opinion information were obtained from November 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020 through program design. Through the experience survey, 16 districts of Beijing were divided into three areas, namely, six districts of the city, three suburban areas and three outer suburbs. 36 times of “carrying number to network” experience was arranged. Among them, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom experienced 12 times respectively. The performance of each operator in terms of personnel service, handling conditions, handling process and handling results was scored.

The results of the experience survey show that in the comprehensive evaluation of the three operators, the comprehensive scores of handling transfer out services ranked from high to low as: China Unicom 93.49, China Mobile 92.89, China Telecom 89.86; the comprehensive scores of transfer in services ranked from high to low: China Mobile 93.52, China Telecom 93.18, China Unicom 89.14.

According to the survey, 84.91% of the respondents knew or heard about the “carry number to network” business, only 15.09% of the respondents said they did not know. 51.71% of the respondents who had handled the “transfer with number” indicated that the original operator’s signal and network speed were not good, followed by 36.99% said that the package price and package content were more affordable after the network transfer, and only 11.3% of the respondents said that the network was transferred due to poor service of the operator or other reasons.
