In accordance with the requirements of the national statistical survey system for cultural relics and tourism and reviewed by the cultural and tourism administrative departments of all provinces (regions and cities), the statistical survey of national travel agencies in the third quarter of 2021 is summarized as follows:
1、 Filling situation
As of September 30, 2021, the total number of travel agencies in the country in the third quarter was 42152, and a total of 31482 travel agencies had passed the review of provincial cultural and tourism administrative departments.
The audit completion rate of 24 regions in China exceeds 90%, of which Tianjin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Chongqing and Guizhou have reached 100% (see Annex 1 for details).
2、 Domestic tourism market
（1） Group connection
In the third quarter of 2021, national travel agencies organized 16.5537 million person times and 46.2112 million person days of domestic tourism, and received 21.979 million person times and 50.3712 million person days (see Annex 2 for details).
In the third quarter, Zhejiang, Hunan, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Shanghai, Hubei, Beijing, Jiangxi and Shandong ranked the top ten places in terms of domestic tourism organization person times of travel agencies (see Figure 1).

In the third quarter, Zhejiang, Hubei, Guizhou, Jiangsu, Hunan, Hainan, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Guangdong and Shanghai ranked the top ten regions in terms of domestic tourist arrivals (see Figure 2).

（2） Individual service person times
In the third quarter, there were 92.4191 million individual domestic tourism services.
3、 Regional situation
In the third quarter of 2021, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Chongqing, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Guizhou and Beijing ranked the top ten regions in terms of person times (person days) received by domestic tourism organizations of travel agencies from high to low (see Annex 3 for details).
