According to the recruitment survey, 3.6% of Internet practitioners in Beijing fully accept the abnormal working system, the highest proportion in the five cities, only 38.7% refuse completely, the lowest proportion in the five cities, and DIDU has also become the city with the greatest employment pressure in the Internet industry.

Interestingly, the post-90s who have experienced the most abnormal work system have also become the most determined group to say “no”. And 8.3% of the post-80s said they “fully accept” and become the most hardworking generation in the Internet industry. 61.5% of the post-85s were reluctant but reluctantly accepted.

In terms of positions, 6.3% of functional personnel, 4.6% of sales and business personnel and 2.3% of technical personnel can fully accept the “abnormal working system”, ranking among the top three.
