ComScore has released the global mobility report 2020, which means consumers around the world spend more time online. Affected by the popularity of covid-19, the participation of network content on mobile devices is increasing, especially network video.

The study used comScore’s mobile and multi platform data to explore mobile trends and behaviors, as well as the impact of covid-19 on mobile brands and online categories in 25 countries.

As a result of the pandemic and subsequent blockages, consumers are spending more time on mobile devices. When it peaked in April 2020, viewers turned their attention to more local issues, such as politics, and the number of independent visitors increased by 60% from August 2019 to April 2020.
