The following is the Annual survey of millennials 2020 From Deloitte Consulting recommended by recordtrend.com. And this article belongs to the classification: Deloitte Consulting , Life data, User Research.
Chinese millennials and generation Z have lower levels of anxiety or stress than their counterparts in other regions, but on average, more than a third of them still feel anxious or stressed “all the time or most of the time”. For Chinese employers, this has both advantages and disadvantages.
This is one of the main findings of Deloitte millennials’ annual research report. This annual report has carried out two surveys, the initial investigation before the outbreak of Xinguan epidemic and the second survey under the overall impact of the epidemic situation, and interviewed 800 Chinese millennials and generation Z respectively.
The results showed that job and career prospects were the biggest causes of stress and anxiety among interviewees. The degree of stress and anxiety was significantly higher than that before the epidemic, especially in generation Z. In the initial survey, only 30% of China’s generation Z respondents who felt stressed said their job and career prospects were their biggest concerns, while in the post epidemic survey, the proportion rose sharply to more than 55%.
The new outbreak also made respondents more aware that stress is one of the factors affecting their work performance. Millennials are most affected in this regard. The second survey found that more than 70% of Chinese millennials had told their employers that the reason for their leave was too much pressure, a significant increase compared with 45% in the initial survey.
