Accenture’s new report found that new guandaliu has opened its door to new ways of work and operation, and the innovation opportunities of enterprises in the Middle East have only increased slightly, with the overall index rising by 1%.
67% of Middle East executives said they had taken measures in the past five years to modernize existing technology infrastructure, including the transformation of data servers to cloud storage. In the next five years, that number will rise to 86%.
The 2021 maturity index adopts a special framework to measure the cross industry innovation maturity of enterprises in two main pillars. The first is “design innovation”, which measures how to build the basic management structure by defining innovation strategy, instilling innovation culture and creating innovation architecture to promote innovation. The second “innovation practice” measures the practice of embedding innovation strategy into operation for the sake of prosperity.
Accenture also evaluates the 12 innovation habits currently adopted by the same group of companies and the expected situation in the next five years to determine the extent of their impact on innovation.

Incentive: lay the foundation and create the environment in the innovation organization. Innovation needs to be the center of corporate strategy and integrated into corporate culture, daily process and decision-making.
