Outdoor ads seem to help drive conversion at least to a certain extent, with one-third of respondents accessing discount or coupon codes and one-quarter downloading or using the apps shown in the ads.
These figures are higher among young consumers, with 38% of Gen Z respondents accessing coupon codes and 48% downloading or using apps.
Americans pay more attention to outdoor advertising
Outdoor time will be reduced in 2020, and now outdoor advertising is more prominent, especially in urban areas.
Overall, about 42% of respondents said they were more likely to notice outdoor advertising than before the new crown pandemic, but 59% of consumers in metropolitan areas (more than 1 million people) thought so.
Outdoor advertising may help accelerate the return of entertainment
As more and more people venture outdoors, driving people back to places of entertainment is a key priority.
Data show that ooh can effectively improve people’s awareness. 31% of consumers know about the exhibition through ooh advertising, 31% know about concerts through Ooh, 30% know about the release of new movies, and 28% know about sports events.
