The following is the Marketers underestimate users’ concerns about privacy From MMA Global recommended by recordtrend.com. And this article belongs to the classification: network marketing.

There are many concerns about how Apple’s privacy policy amendment will affect mobile marketing, but marketers may not fully understand this amendment.

Appsflyer and MMA global recently surveyed more than 150 mobile marketing professionals and conducted a combined analysis with a survey of 1500 consumers in February.

One of the main differences focuses on the actual impact of online privacy issues on consumer behavior. Although only 16% of marketers think it has a great or great impact on their behavior, 44% of consumers say it has an impact on their behavior.

Since Apple’s new policy requires applications to obtain permission to track users in the app and on the website, the two groups of respondents obviously have different views on how many people will agree with tracking.

When asked about the possibility of allowing tracking, 73% of consumers said they were unlikely or very unlikely to choose to join. However, 60% of marketers believe that consumers are to some extent or very unlikely to agree to be tracked.

The survey also pointed out that marketers may be unprepared for the new regulations to take effect. In March this year, 23% of marketing professionals said they were not familiar with or at all familiar with the privacy changes announced by apple.

Overall, 42% of marketers believe that these changes will have a negative impact on the industry, but only 20% of respondents believe that this will have a negative impact on their company.
